Meet Mihreta, the Real Estate Expert and Entrepenuer Behind Velvet Beauty House! Mihreta is a dynamic and determined professional who has overcome numerous obstacles on her path to success. Born in Bosnia, she escaped the Balkan Wars with her family, determined to start a new life. Her unwavering spirit led her to a career in Real Estate, where she has established herself as a highly successful broker, developer, and entrepreneur. Mihreta's passion for Real Estate is matched by her lifelong connection to the beauty industry, a bond she shares with her father. This inspired her to pursue her childhood dream and open Velvet Beauty House, a beauty salon that celebrates diversity and self-love. While Mihreta continues to focus on her successful Real Estate career, she works closely with a talented team to grow the Velvet Beauty House brand and spread its message of empowerment and self-expression. Aside from her busy work life, Mihreta enjoys her personal time with her family, traveling, and attending musical concerts. Meet Taylor, our Incredible Stylist at Velvet Beauty House! Taylor is a Bowling Green, native and has grown up in our wonderful community her entire life. Her journey into the beauty industry began her senior year of high school when she fell in love with makeup; it was a transformative experience for her. She discovered the feelings of self-confidence and empowerment, and her mission became clear to her: to help people feel their absolute best, the same way makeup had done for her. Taylor embarked on her path to become a cosmetologist after graduating high school. Her educational journey was driven by a deep passion to master the art of beauty and aesthetics.
